What to include in your support email

To help us help you faster, please include:

  • Your account email address (so we can find your account quickly).
  • The version of the app you're using (Settings → About, or use the in-app Contact Support which includes diagnostic info automatically).
  • Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About on your phone).
  • A clear description of what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot if applicable (especially helpful for visual issues).

Common questions

How do I get verified as a seller?

Tap your profile → Identity Verification. Submit a government ID and (if listing on behalf of a stable) your business formation documents. Reviews complete within 48 hours.

How long does listing approval take?

Typically 24-48 hours from the time you submit your Jockey Club certificate and ownership documents. You'll get a push notification the moment your listing goes live.

Are there commissions or transaction fees?

Quarter Pole charges no commissions and no transaction fees. We're a marketplace and messaging platform — buyers and sellers handle transactions directly off-platform.

Why do I need to verify my identity?

Verification is what makes Quarter Pole different from Craigslist. Every seller's identity is checked against the registered owner of record on the Jockey Club certificate. Buyers can trust the listings are real.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Your account, listings, and personal data will be deleted within 90 days. Verification documents are typically purged within minutes of deletion.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password." You'll receive a reset link at your registered email within 30 seconds. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
